If the service is not provided to you by the supplier even after the payment already made by you then it will be the defaulting supplier’s responsibility for refund in whatever manner unless such default was caused by us.

In the event if refund is not made then you may take necessary legal action against the defaulting supplier. FlyOfinder however wants to assure of its commitment to provide the highest standards of service and takes appropriate step in selecting suitable supplier so that your interest is well protected from any such default.

We won’t be accountable or responsible for actions related to travel services beyond our control. FlyOfinder will not be responsible or accountable for any loss, omission, injury, damage, accident, delay, error, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may have been caused through neglect or default any of our suppliers.

We won’t be responsible for any fluctuation in airfares or change in schedule or accommodations or aircraft changes, taking place after your payment for such service. We don’t have any control over our suppliers and therefore not liable for their actions too.

We don’t have any control over printed prices on the tickets because the airfares are dynamic and subject to change minute-by-minute. Airfares changes are within the exclusive purview of the airlines and will be at the airline’s sole discretion and individual Terms & Conditions.
