Airfares are dynamic and updated every minute, depending on the demand and availability of tickets at that time. Seats in a particular travel class might be completely sold out during the time of your flight search and the actual booking. The remaining seats are then sold at higher prices thus resulting in sudden fare increase at the time of booking. We keep a watch on the seats being sold and display current fares as far as possible.
We don’t guarantee airfare value because the airfares are dynamic and subject to changes without prior notice. The airfare value will be guaranteed by us only after we receive the full payment and issue the final booked tickets. If an incorrect fare is however displayed due to a technical issue after you made your booking then we will inform and advise you within three (3) business days. You will have the right to either accept the new fare or cancel the booking. The cancellation details are provided in our Terms & Conditions section, and you are advised to read it.
We usually don’t permit name changes. You need to provide correct name and passenger details at the time of booking for final ticketing. You can do so by double checking the information as provided in the passport.
Does the airfare include taxes?
Yes, all airfares listed include airline/airport fees and taxes with the ticket prices. Please note that the ticket price includes base airfare as well as other applicable taxes.
Yes, of course, this is possible as many airfares have the option of stopover(s). Contact us if you need to book a flight with a stopover. Remember that a flight with a stopover is usually offered at cheap rates.
A number of penalties are applicable when making changes to your airline ticket. These are the following: (a.) additional penalties as imposed by the airline, (b.) additional charges for booking new ticket with a higher fare, and (c.) FlyOfinder service fee when making changes on your behalf. Please note that some of the airlines don’t permit any changes to the flight ticket even with a fee.
We will inform you whether you will be provided a paper ticket or an e-ticket at the time of booking itself. We may sometimes issue a paper ticket when booking with multiple airlines in the event when we don’t have ticketing agreements with them. We will inform you accordingly regarding the same, if needed.
You need to reconfirm your reservation by calling the airline directly at least 72 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time. You will also have to reconfirm your return flights at the same time as well. Domestic flights are to be confirmed about 24 hours in advance.
Yes, an additional passenger can be added to an existing ticket booking after making a new reservation. The availability of original fare or flight can’t be guaranteed by us because fares may change minute-by-minute.
You needn’t worry about this. If you will be making plane changes during your journey and the airline you are flying with has a baggage agreement then you baggage will be handled by the airline and reach your final destination. If however the airline doesn’t have a baggage agreement then you will be responsible to claim your baggage from the Baggage Claim section at the next airport where plane changes will take place. You will have to check your baggage once again at the airport for the continuing flight till your final destination.
The documents requirement will vary depending on origin city and your destination city, and the airport where you will be making plane changes, and the country which issued your passport. You need to call the airline directly and provide all the essential information. The airline will then be in a position to convey you whether a passport, visa or other travel documentation is needed. All the correct travel documentation is also your sole responsibility, and neither we nor the airline will be accountable for it.

An airline generally offers three different kinds of trips – one-way flight, roundtrip flight and multi-city flight. When booking a one-way flight you will travel to your destination only. A roundtrip flight will fly to your destination and bring you back to your origin city from where you flew first as per your schedule. When booking multi-city flights you will be traveling to many destinations. Apart from these, there are other flight options too such as non-stop flights (no plane changes required at other airport), stopover flights (no plane changes needed even though the flight may have one or two landings and departures), and connecting flights (plane changes required as the flights will be making one or more landings and departures).
Nowadays major international airlines are offering many different types of travel classes. These include First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy and Coach or Economy Class. Some of the airlines don’t offer First Class at all. For flying in First Class or Business Class you will have to spend more than Premium Economy or Coach Class because of the excellent amenities and benefits offered in these two classes.
Request for in-flight meals can be placed when purchasing your tickets online through us. We will place your request with the airline on which you will be traveling. Special request for meals can be placed at least 24 hours before scheduled departure, but are not guaranteed and will solely be at the airline’s discretion.
