No-Show Policy
We understand plans change. If needed, cancel or modify your reservation in My Trips or the Fly Delta app before your flight departs. Failure to do so will result in losing your ticket's value and canceling the remaining flights.
Important Note: Basic Economy tickets cannot be changed.
Refunds
If your flight is canceled or delayed by over 120 minutes, you'll be rebooked or given an eCredit. You can request a refund for unused portions of your non-refundable ticket or unused trip purchases if you choose not to travel. To request a refund if your flight was canceled, complete the Travel Disruption Refund Request form. If rebooked or delayed by over 120 minutes, cancel and request a refund through My Trips.
